About the Job

• Compensation / Rate: Commensurate to best Industry Standards

Job Description / Requirement:

•  


• 8+ years of experience in Agile Project management and Agile Development approach.


• Proven leadership and project delivery experience with global teams for a large organization with the ability to manage cross-functional teams


• Hands-on leader with strong people skills.


• Well-versed in the use of tools of software delivery e.g., MS OFFICE, JIRA, Confluence, etc.


• Ability to effectively communicate specialist information in an understandable format to all stakeholders.


• Excellent communication skills, focusing on core scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.


• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field
