About the Job

Job Description / Requirement:

- 8+ years of experience in Agile Project management and Agile Development approach.
- Proven leadership and project delivery experience with global teams for a large organization with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Hands-on leader with strong people skills.
- Well-versed in the use of tools of software delivery e.g., MS OFFICE, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate specialist information in an understandable format to all stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, focusing on core scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
- Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field
- Desired Certifications (any of the following):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
