Marketing Manager


Responsible for developing enterprise marketing strategies and ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy.


Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:



  • Leads go-to-market strategy and coordinates development and review of advertising campaigns and assets.

  • Leads development of marketing collateral and sales materials to support acquisition strategy.

  • Provides leadership and direction to marketing support, media and creative staff.

  • Builds segment-specific marketing and advertising plans.

  • Maintains working knowledge of product details and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.

  • Coordinates with public relations, sales, product as necessary to support marketing initiatives.


Minimum Requirements



  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

  • Healthcare or managed care experience preferred.

  • Go to market strategy experience in a direct marketing environment

  • Experience working in creative, insights, consumer experience and/or media teams supporting acquisition strategy.
