This is a critical role, supporting teams who can help Scale our business, implement and manage Salesforce CPQ and Billing modules and support our rapidly growing customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of the Quote to Cash Process and ability to manage all critical Issues aligning with stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include the daily administration and new rollouts of our Salesforce CPQ and Billing modules.

Job Title: Solutions CPQ (Billing) Developer

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce CPQ developer with at least 5years of experience and good techno-functional exposure in Sales Cloud and CPQ.


• Strong Salesforce CPQ and Billing technical expertise.


• Someone with Good understanding of Business requirements and converting it to solutions for the Development team.


• Ability to configure Rules and Objectives in support of CPQ and Billing business processes.


• Experience implementing CPQ and Billing packages.


• Experience with Apex development, custom app development and lightning experience


• Strong understanding of Quote to cash process, ability to propose long term scalable solutions.


• Worked in an Agile software development environment.


• Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with stakeholders and consistently deliver high-quality services.


• Help to ensure project(s) achieve their intended results.


• Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results.


• Track and report project status using JIRA and Confluence to stakeholders and management teams.


• Travel to project locations or client sites, as necessary

Required Skills:

• Experience with configuration & implementation of Salesforce Steelbrick CPQ Cloud, including quoting process, pricing bundles and workflows.


• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ projects.


• Salesforce Dev and CPQ certified experience


• Hands on Experience with CPQ and Billing Solutions.


• At least 1-3 successful completions of CPQ and Billing full cycle Implementation.


• Experience with managing remote teams across different time zones 


• Superior abilities in problem-solving, project management, and attention to details


• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship

Desired Certifications:

• Active Salesforce Administrator


• Active Salesforce PD I and PD II 


• Active Salesforce CPQ Specialist

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years Salesforce Platform implementation experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce implementation experience


• Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) and CloudCraze/Demandware implementation experience preferred


• 7+ years total IT experience


• Strong understanding of the overall architecture of the Salesforce CRM platform concepts and how they influence design


• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback 


• Experience with Agile methodologies, and Jira


• Strong leadership capabilities


• Outstanding organizational, analytical, communication and writing skills


• Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all level of the organization.


• Experience with managing remote teams across different time zones 


• Superior abilities in problem-solving, project management, and attention to details
