QGenda is searching for a Sr. Director, Marketing Communications and Customer Advocacy who will be responsible for driving QGenda brand awareness and reputation. They will build a customer reference and thought leadership program from the ground up, manage Analyst and Media relations, as well as the companies speaker bureau and social media programs. The candidate should be passionate and highly driven with strong communication, social, and writing skills. 


Responsibilities:



  • Manage customer reference and advocacy program, including program strategy, execution, enablement, performance, and optimization

  • Facilitate and track all reference activities

  • Meet with customers regularly to develop and maintain trusted relationships

  • Own reference program performance, including KPIs and stakeholder feedback cycles, and apply data-driven insights and performance metrics to program optimization

  • Evangelize and educate internal stakeholders on the value of the VOC in the sales cycle

  • Manage Industry executive membership program with key healthcare associations

  • Effectively communicate program updates and performance to stakeholders and executives

  • Create engaging pitches for the media and IT publications via agency support, to secure trade and business media coverage

  • Work closely with other team members on external and internal communication plans

  • Work closely with Product Marketing and your team members to build and manage the QGenda thought leadership program

    •  Set strategic direction, build out topics, identify speakers including QGenda thought leaders, executives and key customers

    • Manage Call for Speakers; day to day activities. Interview speakers; vet stories, write and submit proposals, track status. 

    • Project manage speaking process from acceptance to presentation.




Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 



  • 10+ years relevant experience in customer marketing and/or customer advocacy, preferably at an enterprise B2B software company

  • Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, and results-focused with impactful execution and follow-through

  • Excellent at collaborating with cross-functional teams and passion for winning together

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy for customers and cross-functional teams

  • A passion for elevating our customers’ stories and successes 

  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing needs of customers and the business

  • Knowledge of Healthcare market preferred

  • Strong ability to prioritize between numerous high-profile projects and responsibilities, solid organizational and project management skills
