The Team – Enterprise & Cloud Applications

Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts in the areas of NetSuite, Oracle Cloud (ERP and EPM), OneStream, SAP, MS Dynamics, Salesforce and Kyriba. Tackle the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.

Someone who knows how to lead and deliver, driven by seamless project execution. You’re not only concerned with the success of the project, but you’re building positive relationships with clients along the way. You’re leading their expectations and ensuring the standard of work is in line with promises made. There are a lot of moving pieces, but you’ve got the work ethic to stay on top of it all.

You are a leader, team-builder, and problem-solver. You stay updated on new products and technologies. You know how to use Business Central to creatively design, prototype, and implement solutions for your client’s unique challenges. You communicate and collaborate effectively to both internal and external team members. You are constantly looking for ways to implement best practices. If there’s a new way to do something that improves outcomes for clients, you’ll find it.

Your Impact

  • Perform in a leadership role and help shape the strategic direction of the Dynamics practice.

  • Responsible for driving business development, both by expanding and growing existing accounts and pursuing new client opportunities for the firm, including deal shaping, discovery, demonstrations, and analysis.

  • Establish and maintain a close working relationship with our partner contacts at Microsoft and maintain MFC’s competencies in the Microsoft Partner Program.

  • Architect, design and develop full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Canvas or Model Driven frameworks.

  • Translate clients’ processes and requirements into a Business Central solution, including systems integrations and recommended ISV's or ‘best of breed’ solutions.

  • Identify, design and implement creative business solutions to continually improve the firm’s methodology and approach around architectural best practices and customization standards for the Dynamics practice.

  • Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results to client stakeholders and customers at senior executive levels.

  • Review team progress to ensure compliance with work program and professional standards.

  • Mentor and develop team members.

  • Actively participate in career development activities and technical training of staff.
