Salesforce Technical Lead/Solution Architect with deep Salesforce implementation experience specializing in custom process design and partner system integrations.  Highly skilled at designing and developing novel technical solutions for unique problem spaces.  Able to define and communicate concise coherent executable units of work that ensure efficient delivery of desired outcomes. 



  • Expert on integrating Salesforce with other platforms. 

  • Defines purpose-built coded solutions and handles all “outside the box” partner system integrations. 

  • Develops novel technical solutions to meet requirements not deliverable “inside the box.” 

  • Leads and guides developers and resolves reported technical blockers. 

  • Conducts code reviews. 

  • Oversees CI/CD, deployment, and data migration activities. 

  • Defines applicable security paradigms. 

  • Implements delegated or federated authentication processes. 

  • Configures Salesforce portal to support the functional requirements of the system.

  • Provisions and configures the necessary sandbox, development, test/quality, stage, and production environments.

  • Rapidly resolves escalated technical issues.

  • Coaches/mentors other members of the technical development team.
