Mid-level Salesforce Developer

We are on the hunt for a mid-level contract Salesforce Developer who will partner with one of our longest standing clients working on a variety of software development critical issues. This will start as a 3 month contract and likely to extend if it's a good match. Many of our consultants stay on with this client for multi-year engagements. This is a 100% remote opportunity working with an incredible team of consultants.

Responsibilities:

· Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization.

· Working in agile development methodologies

· Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles.

· Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues.

· Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of Salesforce development experience using Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex and Salesforce APIs.

· 1+ years of experience in Salesforce point and click configuration using workflows, validation rules, sales process setup, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards.

· Basic understanding of the architecture, capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with some understanding of business processes.

· Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce.
