SoftServe’s Salesforce Practice is looking for and Business and Account Development Executive with Salesforce ecosystem, services, and solutions experience to join our company.
You will be able to establish strategic business relationships with new clients with a focus on new logos and new revenue. To ensure our joint growth we provide an aggressive compensation plan.
YOU ARE
- A specialist with a minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience
- A sales leader with a proven track record of closing $3-5M+ deals
- An experienced professional with knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, services, and solutions
- Experienced with custom application development, IT consulting, and digital services in new client accounts
- Skilled in all aspects of consultative sales and business development including prospecting, initiation, deal qualification, closure, and customer satisfaction
- An adept at opening new accounts and building high-quality relationships
- Familiar with varied services across business development and delivery functions in a complex and matrixed, and professional services company
- A holder of extensive experience in selling in one or more industry verticals, connected with different industry verticals
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
- Achieving assigned quota within a given territory by selling SoftServe’s portfolio of professional services and software development offerings
- Maintaining pipeline progress and forecast accuracy, and opportunity progression
- Validating/identifying and building relationships with all key stakeholders within a client’s organization
- Driving contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners as appropriate
- Traveling: 30-50% subject to need
