Job Summary

We are currently seeking a full time Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This is a hybrid poistion, the candidate will need to live within commuting distance to the office. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Salesforce Administrator’s primary responsibility is to manage and continue to develop our Litify/Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator is expected to develop best practices and database solutions, execute day-today configuration, maintain the platform, provide Salesforce support to our, and continually improve and customize our platform.

Salesforce Administrator


We are currently seeking a full time Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This is a hybrid poistion, the candidate will need to live within commuting distance to the office. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Salesforce Administrator’s primary responsibility is to manage and continue to develop our Litify/Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator is expected to develop best practices and database solutions, execute day-today configuration, maintain the platform, provide Salesforce support to our, and continually improve and customize our platform.


Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Serving as the administrator for our Salesforce environment which includes 175+ users

  • Coordinating and completing new development requests

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining best practices

  • Designing and developing custom components as needed

  • Proactively analyzing the systems and troubleshooting issues that arise

  • Serving as the main point of contact between staff and the Litify development team Ongoing functionality testing of the Litify platform

  • Handling administrative functions such as user account maintenance, reporting, and workflows Developing customized solutions to support critical business functions

  • Collaborating with others in IT, Operations, Management, and Partners to improve processes Providing continuous security maintenance of our platforms

  • Completing regular system audits in order to proactively prepare for needed upgrades

  • Creating, maintaining, and executing a program to train new users

  • Providing training and continued development for all users

  • Maintaining client confidence by keeping client/attorney information confidential

  • Enhancing the reputation of the organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to the position

  • Completing all other large and small projects as assigned


Skills/Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent strongly preferred

  • Salesforce Certification required

  • 2-5 years of Salesforce administration or development experience required

  • Previous experience working in the legal industry preferred

  • Experience working with Litify preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff

  • Experience managing multiple projects

  • Strong data management skills and experience

  • Strong critical evaluation, assessment, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Ability to quickly adjust to change

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks appropriately

  • Must be energetic, well organized, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize without guidance Ability to work in a high intensity, high stress environment handling a multitude of duties


Schedule/Work Location:



  • Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm

  • Hybrid

Work Environment


This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
