The Salesforce Experience Cloud Expert designs and implements digital experiences for customers, partners, and employees using Salesforce Experience Cloud. This role focuses on creating engaging, branded portals with customized functionality and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Design and build Experience Cloud sites for various audiences,Implement branding, theming, and custom components,Configure authentication, security, and sharing models,Create knowledge bases, content management, and document libraries,Implement community management and moderation features,Design self-service capabilities and processes,Integrate Experience Cloud with other systems and data sources,Optimize site performance and user experience,Stay current with Experience Cloud features and updates,Required Skills: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification,4+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations,Understanding of portal design and digital experience best practices,Experience with Lightning Web Components or Aura Components,Knowledge of content management and knowledge base principles,Understanding of authentication methods and security models,Strong UI/UX sensibilities and attention to detail,Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
