Job Description

The Salesforce Support Specialist provides technical assistance and problem resolution for Salesforce users within an organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related questions, issues, and service requests. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve Salesforce support tickets and requests,Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues and errors,Provide guidance on Salesforce functionality and best practices,Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles,Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical resources,Monitor system performance and user experience,Communicate system updates and changes to users,Identify trends in support requests for process improvement,Provide user training and assistance as needed,Required Skills: Salesforce Administrator Certification,2+ years of experience with Salesforce administration,Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities,Knowledge of Salesforce functionality across clouds,Experience with support ticket management systems,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Patience and ability to work with users of varying technical abilities,Documentation and knowledge management skills
