The Salesforce Trainer develops and delivers educational content for Salesforce users, administrators, and developers. This role focuses on creating training materials, conducting workshops, and supporting user adoption through effective learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop training curriculum and materials for various Salesforce roles,Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions,Create user guides, quick reference materials, and job aids,Design and develop e-learning modules and videos,Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback,Stay current with Salesforce features and updates,Customize training content for specific business processes,Support user adoption through ongoing education,Collaborate with implementation teams on training needs,Required Skills: Salesforce Administrator Certification (minimum),3+ years of experience with Salesforce,Experience in adult education or instructional design,Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Strong presentation and public speaking skills,Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms,Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,Patience and adaptability to different learning styles
