The Salesforce Scrum Master facilitates Agile development processes for Salesforce implementation teams. This role coaches teams on Agile methodologies, removes impediments, and ensures that Scrum practices are followed to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives,Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices,Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions,Track and report on sprint progress and metrics,Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders,Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives,Support the Product Owner in backlog management,Help the team estimate user stories and plan capacity,Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment,Required Skills: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification,3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach,Understanding of Salesforce development processes,Knowledge of Agile project management tools,Strong facilitation and coaching abilities,Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills,Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities,Experience with change management principles
