The Salesforce Product Owner represents business interests in Salesforce development projects, defines feature priorities, maintains the product backlog, and ensures that implementations deliver business value. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap and vision,Create and prioritize the product backlog of features and enhancements,Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria,Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements,Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives,Make decisions about feature scope and priorities,Validate that implemented solutions meet business needs,Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders,Stay current with Salesforce capabilities and industry trends,Required Skills: Salesforce Administrator Certification (recommended),4+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations,Understanding of Agile development methodologies,Experience with product management principles,Knowledge of business processes and operations,Strong decision-making and prioritization abilities,Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,Business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
