The Salesforce Community Cloud Specialist designs and implements digital experiences for customers, partners, and employees using Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud). This role focuses on creating engaging, self-service portals, knowledge bases, and collaboration spaces. Key Responsibilities: Design and configure Salesforce Experience Cloud sites,Implement authentication methods and security models,Create and customize community pages, components, and themes,Configure knowledge bases and content management,Implement community engagement features and gamification,Design community analytics and reporting,Optimize community performance and user experience,Train community managers and administrators,Stay current with Experience Cloud features and best practices,Required Skills: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification,3+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations,Understanding of digital experience design principles,Knowledge of content management and knowledge base systems,Experience with community management and engagement strategies,Understanding of Lightning Component framework,Familiarity with branding and theming capabilities,Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
