The Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Specialist implements and customizes Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline the sales quoting process. This role focuses on product catalog management, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows to improve quote accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ applications,Design and build product catalogs, bundles, and features,Create pricing models, discount schedules, and price rules,Develop quote templates and output documents,Configure approval workflows and validation rules,Integrate CPQ with other systems (ERP, billing, contracts),Train sales teams on CPQ functionality and processes,Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues,Stay current with CPQ features and best practices,Required Skills: Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification,3+ years of experience with Salesforce and CPQ implementations,Understanding of quoting processes and pricing methodologies,Experience with document generation tools and templates,Knowledge of sales operations and quote-to-cash processes,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,Attention to detail and process orientation,Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
