The Salesforce AppExchange Partner Manager oversees relationships with Salesforce AppExchange partners, manages AppExchange product integrations, and evaluates third-party solutions for organizational needs. This role serves as the bridge between internal stakeholders and the Salesforce partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate AppExchange solutions for business requirements,Manage relationships with AppExchange partners and vendors,Coordinate implementation and integration of AppExchange products,Negotiate contracts and service level agreements,Oversee AppExchange product licenses and renewals,Provide guidance on AppExchange best practices and limitations,Create and maintain AppExchange solution documentation,Stay current with the AppExchange marketplace and partner ecosystem,Provide training on AppExchange applications,Required Skills: Salesforce Administrator Certification (minimum),4+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations,Understanding of Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem,Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation,Knowledge of software evaluation and selection processes,Strong communication and relationship building skills,Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,Business acumen and stakeholder management experience
