Key Responsibilities: Manage Salesforce org environments (sandbox, production, etc.),Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets,Configure and maintain security settings and access controls,Monitor system performance and address performance issues,Manage data storage and archiving strategies,Coordinate release management and deployment processes,Troubleshoot system issues and implement fixes,Manage backup and recovery procedures,Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations,Required Skills: Salesforce Administrator Certification,3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration,Strong understanding of Salesforce security model,Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and methodologies,Knowledge of system monitoring and performance optimization,Attention to detail and process orientation,Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities,Documentation and communication skills
