The Salesforce Program Manager oversees multiple related Salesforce projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, managing dependencies, and coordinating resources across initiatives. This role provides leadership, governance, and oversight for the entire program lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, and budgets,Coordinate multiple project teams and manage interdependencies,Establish program governance frameworks and decision-making processes,Manage program scope, resources, and deliverables,Identify and mitigate program-level risks and issues,Facilitate communication between projects and stakeholders,Track and report on program progress and metrics,Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and business outcomes,Lead organizational change management initiatives,Required Skills: PgMP, PMP, or other program/project management certification,6+ years of experience managing complex technology programs,Understanding of program management methodologies and frameworks,Knowledge of Salesforce implementation methodologies,Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities,Experience with resource planning and allocation,Strategic thinking and business acumen,Excellent communication and organizational skills
