Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer

The Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the functionality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce implementations through comprehensive testing methodologies. This role develops test plans, executes test cases, identifies defects, and validates that solutions meet requirements and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts,Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing,Document and track defects using test management tools,Verify bug fixes and conduct retesting,Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts,Coordinate user acceptance testing activities with stakeholders,Provide feedback on usability and user experience,Validate that solutions meet requirements and quality standards,Participate in release readiness assessments,Required Skills: Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred),3+ years of experience in quality assurance for Salesforce or similar platforms,Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices,Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems,Understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools,Attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities,Strong documentation and communication skills,Experience with Agile testing practices
