The Salesforce Implementation Specialist executes Salesforce deployments from initial setup through go-live. This role configures the platform according to specifications, migrates data, conducts testing, and provides support during the transition to the new system. Key Responsibilities: Configure Salesforce orgs based on design specifications,Set up users, profiles, permission sets, and security controls,Create and configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types,Implement workflows, process builders, and approval processes,Execute data migration and validation activities,Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing,Provide go-live support and issue resolution,Document configurations and processes,Train end users on the implemented solution,Required Skills: Salesforce Administrator Certification,3+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations,Understanding of implementation methodologies,Experience with data migration tools and techniques,Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for configuration,Strong attention to detail and quality,Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities,Excellent communication and collaboration skills
