The Salesforce Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementation projects. This role coordinates resources, manages timelines and budgets, mitigates risks, and ensures that projects meet business objectives and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets,Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business analysts,Manage project scope, resources, and deliverables,Identify and mitigate project risks and issues,Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders,Track and report on project progress and key metrics,Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to leadership,Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification,Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project management processes,Required Skills: PMP or other project management certification (preferred),4+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation projects,Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall),Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations,Strong leadership and team management abilities,Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities,Experience with project management tools and techniques
