The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce CRM platform. This role acts as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring system integrity and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets,Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules,Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes,Provide end-user support and training for Salesforce applications,Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions,Document system configurations and processes,Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices,Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions,Required Skills: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201),2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration,Strong understanding of Salesforce security model,Experience with data management and migration tools,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
