Sr QA Salesforce Team Lead

We are seeking a Senior QA Salesforce Team Lead for a client in Austin, Texas.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Worker will engage in Testing Analyst activities including developing test strategy and plans; identifying the appropriate approach, tools and methodologies to perform analysis and draw conclusions; developing. executing, reporting and monitoring manual and automated test cases; refocusing efforts as issues/problems dynamically change in the environment; and conducting testing/training sessions on various functional area. A successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Information Technology with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in testing and QA.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience analyzing requirements, developing a test strategy and test plan, documenting, building, and executing manual and automated test cases, tracking defects, and reporting results.


• Proven ability to prioritize and estimate testing tasks according to critical deadlines.


• Ability to ensure that business requirements are mapped to functional specifications and have sufficient test coverage.


• Experience providing system administration support of Salesforce environment related to custom applications and objects, user permissions, security settings, and workflow.


• Broad expertise with creation of test data to perform testing.


• Familiarity with testing workflows to check the functionality of time-based events.


• Expertise in planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting results of UAT efforts with business customers.


• Experience performing unit, web services, system, regression, load, security, functional, integration, and performance testing.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years’ IT experience with 4 years’ QA experience.


• Minimum of 2 years end-to-end Salesforce implementations in an agile environment using SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura and Salesforce Flow.


• At least one Salesforce certification

Preferred Experience:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator


• Experience with the Ranorex test automation framework
