Solutions Salesforce Architect - Full Remote
Salary- 140-160k is desired range. 5% bonus. Full benefits and matching aspect to 401k.

Designs the Salesforce org technical strategy and data model and provides guidance on user story writing styles and ensures acceptance criteria are defined for each story.

Conduct research into brand partner use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions

Leads the technical solution development including identity/access, data/process integrations, and privacy/security

Leads the facilitation of solutions across the organization, collaborating with sales, operations, finance, and technology teams to prioritize and create prototypes and proofs of concept as means of eliciting and defining requirements that deliver solutions that align with the company’s mission and strategic goals

Collaborates with the business delivery team and product stakeholders to manage the product backlog according to business value and level of work effort (return on investment).

Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce

Defines, grooms, and prioritizes user stories within a product backlog.

Aggregates and interprets customer and operational feedback to reshape the vision and reevaluate priorities to meet customer requirements.

Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, deploying changes and assisting with making decisions based on prioritized backlogs.

Participates in sprint retrospectives to continuously improve the business delivery team's effectiveness

Collaborates with other technical leaders on enterprise dependencies and/or priorities.

Performs an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of sprint goals.

Continually drives product development toward a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives, resource utilization, and technical feasibility.

and you would have the following…

Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Science or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience.

You have strong experience with consulting, and experience in system implementations, merger integrations, business transformation, and change management

At least 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce platform solution architecture design working with multiple full lifecycle implementations overseeing technical direction including (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement implementation including Apex, Lightning, and LWC) and working in a high paced SaaS environment

At least 3 years of dynamic experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements.

At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience, including the entire SDLC (planning, analysis, design, build, test, and maintenance

You have certifications in Salesforce and other cloud platforms:

Salesforce Designer certification or

Salesforce Architecture certification or

Project Management Professional (PMP)
