RESPONSIBILITIES





Strategy and Advisory



  • Develop to collect and report on KPIs for the business and technology

  • Advise the Product Management on Salesforce capabilities and design a delivery strategy to meet those needs and capabilities

  • Responsible for creating and implementing the Salesforce Support Operations and DevOps strategies.  


Platform Engineering Management



  • Maintain expert knowledge of Salesforce products, services, and industry trends

  • Develop and maintain a deep and broad understanding of the platforms integrate with Salesforce to support the Link business teams

  • Manage Salesforce standards and guidelines across an ecosystem of business applications to ensure the seamless flow of information throughout the platform

  • Define the version control and DevOps process to be followed for all salesforce projects.


Stakeholder Management



  • Align with Salesforce Solution Architect to evolve Link’s Salesforce platform to exceed user expectations

  • Develop strong partnerships with Technology Leadership and Product Management to ensure the Salesforce platform always meets the business needs

  • Develop the Salesforce data strategy and align with Data on the integration patters to support the required data interactions

  • Engage other Tech and Data platform teams in a continuous feedback loop that drives the platform forward

  • Maintain collaborative relationships with the Technology and Data teams


Project Delivery



  • Create and maintain the technical integration and DevOps solutions to enable successful product delivery

  • Create and manage engineering/operations personnel to prioritize projects and manage resources across a portfolio of initiatives

  • Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT management

  • Setup the end user Support/enhancement process and break fix request within expected SLA’s


Technology Operations



  • Manage Salesforce application infrastructure services from internal and external providers

  • Manage Salesforce integrations with Link and external products and platforms

  • Develop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectations





QUALIFICATIONS






  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with Salesforce as a Platform

  • Strong organizational skills, can break complex topics into simple actionable messages

  • Ability to ideate flexibly, toggling between ambitious, innovative solutions and iterative, proven approaches to problem-solving

  • Strong communication skills, cross-team collaboration, open and honest feedback and interaction.

  • Able to learn new areas quickly

  • Able to work independently and transparently manage time and priorities

  • Exceptional attention to detail


$174,000 - $230,000 represents the presently anticipated compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
