The New Wifi Experience Role is responsible for the execution of strategic marketing partnerships that drive incremental revenue across identified priorities within IFEC and across the enterprise. The position will own the execution of the team strategy and lead implementation to build innovative new partnerships which are identified that resonate with our customers and offer differentiated value.
Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
• Manage relationships with key brand partners and agencies
• Maximize value proposition for brand partners by collaborating with key internal stakeholders by leveraging relevant assets and communication channels across the enterprise
• Work closely with the Brand Experience organization to ensure alignment of brand partnerships with the group’s overall customer experience strategy
• Manages the implementation of the various parts of the partnership process, including but not limited to: strategy, contract negotiation, operational development, marketing, budgeting, and partner relationship management with the goal to create engaging partnerships and compelling offers for customers.
• Ownership of program and project execution process - supports the process of development of creative concepts and the packaging and delivery of ideas and new business presentations
• Maximize the use of research and insights to create customized presentations and pitches to prospective clients
